HOLIDAY WORK
Parents of pupils in JSS3 and SS3 are informed that in preparation for their examinations they have holiday work in English and Mathematics. Please ensure that this work is done properly.
STUDENTS SITTING SAT and TOEFL EXAMINATIONS
Parents of students sitting the International SAT (1) and TOEFL Examinations in January are reminded that their wards should resume back in school with their Nigerian or other International Passport. This is the only accepted means of identification for these examinations and without the Passport the student will NOT be permitted to take the Examination.
SAT Registration is closed, but TOEFL and Microsoft Registration is still open until the end of January. Payment MUST be made before the College will register students. TOEFL: 45,000; Microsoft: 15,000 per Exam
All SS3 Students should bring the following when returning in January 2012:
- A good Flash Disk/CD-ROM containing their pictures to be used for their Year Book and their articles. You should write at least two articles each.
- If you want, you can come with a picture of yourself when you were young or your family pictures as well as five (5) studio pictures
- If Parents / Guardians / Friends etc wish to have a Congratulatory Message this will attract a fee of =N=5,000 and you will have a Full page to yourself and family.
- Parents are encouraged to advertise in the Year Book 2012 and/or Magazine; the rates are as follows for each publication:

Half Page 20,000
Quarter Page 10,000
SS3 STUDENTS should also purchase JAMB, WAEC Series and ‘Countdown’ by O. Ogunsanwu et al for English
The 2012 DESK CALENDAR is now available at a cost of =N=650 per copy.
The Calendar has lovely photos of the College and pupils as well as great Art work. SHOP EARLY - these make lovely presents!!!! Available from the Principal’s PA
Appreciation from Muslim Students and Staff
The Muslim Students and Staff are grateful to her Excellency, Mrs Omolewa Ahmed and Honourable (Dr.) Abubakar Kannike for their donation of two big Rams for the just concluded Eid-il-Kabir Sallah celebration in the College.

COLLEGE UNIFORM
You are reminded please that pupils are to wear PLAIN white socks and not socks with logos on. Also pupils are to have BLACK shoes that they are able to polish.

ADVANCED NOTICE - SPORTS DAY 2012
ALL students (JSS1 – ‘A’ Level) are required to pay =N=3,000 into their Pocket Money Account for the 2012 Inter-House Athletics Competition on Saturday, 25th February 2012.
Please note that canvas WHITE trainers are the only approved Sport shoes for all students. Coloured trainers and those with designer logos on are NOT permitted.
*** Runners are advised to bring their spiked shoes for the Inter-House Sports ***

SAGGING
The sagging of trousers by male students is now a serious offence in the College. Parents are advised to look at their wards trousers and adjust to the normal size, covering the whole of your ward’s bottom, as NO EXCUSES will be accepted from those found wanting next Term
- PARENTS ARE REMINDED that next term’s Fees must be paid IN FULL upon resumption on January 7th / 8th as well as any outstanding debts. No part payments will be acceptable. If you are not able to do this, then please do not return your ward/s until such time as you are able to pay, to save any undue embarrassment to yourselves.
- There are NO exceptions to the above arrangements, so please do not ask the Principal for special favours, as the answer will be a resounding “NO”.
